No Refunds 

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. 

Access 

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital materials. Please ensure that the e-mail address you provide during the purchase process is accurate.

OTHER POLICIES INFORMATION

Purchases made outside of the Midsummer Dream House website are subject to the terms and conditions of the outside merchant.

Submissions Refund Policy

Our submission fee is a nominal fee that directly contributes to our operating costs and expenses. As an alternative, we offer free hardship submissions. All submission fees are nonrefundable.

Exceptions to these policies are made only in specific instances of verified technical error or as expressly required by applicable state and consumer protection laws.
